Post Ableton and Audio Interface
I recently purchased a Behringer UCA222 for use during my DJ gigs. My question is as follows: How do I use my headphone jack as my "cue" and the interface as my "master"? If anyone knows how to do so, I will forever thank you for your sharing of knowledge!

I think this is posted to the wrong section... but as your title says, you'll need an audio interface with at least 2 outs in order to use the cue functionality, which it seems you already have.

Plug your speakers into one of the outs on the interface, and route your master channel to that out. Then plug your headphones into the other out on the interface, and route the cue channel to that out. boom, done.

You can't.

The UC222 is 2-in/2-out, meaning 2 mono in, 2 mono out.

The cheapest cards to do what you want are the NI Audio 2 and the Numark DJ I/O.
