Apple media event 12th of September |

Apple has scheduled a special media event to coincide with the Paris Expo show on the 12th of this month.
With yesterday's release of the new Core Duo2 Imac's (featuring Firewire 800 in the 24" version and up to 3gig of RAM), plus the update of the Mac Mini's to Core Duo CPU's from Core Solo, can we see the upgrade of the Macbooks and Macbook Pro's? While most Apple users will be more interested in the rumours dictated by the telling 'Fox-esk' searchlight on this flyer. Full length movies accessed from an updated version of Itunes and an all-new portable media player being the opinion's of the usual insider sources.
Members of ALDJ will be hoping that the rumours of Core Duo2 being too hot to run in the Macbook Pro's thin metal enclose turns out not true. Come next Tuesday what’s you're money on for 'One Last Thing'?

Live Connections offers funding towards one-off live performances of electronic music. We are looking for proposals that demonstrate innovation in the live presentation of the music, for instance in the use of unusual venues, a strong visual presentation or new methods of performing live.

 Live 6 Approaches....
Due for release in September, the next highly-anticipated release of Ableton Live edges ever closer.
